Please note:

  • We are still in the process of becoming an Incorporated Society and becoming an Approved Donee Organisation with the IRD in NZ.

    This means that you will be unable to claim NZ Tax Credits on your donation to us at this time. It also means that we have been unable to open our own named bank account and all funds are currently held in a bank account on our behalf by a member of our Steering Group. Please be assured that all funds will be carefully monitored and managed by the Steering Group of M.E. Awareness NZ.

  • If you wish to wait until we have Approved Donee Organisation status, in order for you to be able to claim NZ Tax Credits, please email us at m.e.awareness.nz@gmail.com. We will then advise you when we have the Donee Organisation status in place.
